Group Training

Core Group fitness: Weight lifting, Strength, mobility, cardio and circuit training.

What to expect during class:

Yoga

Yoga: Christ centered yoga class.

Full body deep stretch, targeting every joint in the body with purpose of strengthening and elongating tight muscles. We will also be practicing breath work, which is necessary for calming the body and mind.

  • Wear fitted clothing.

Pilates

Pilates: is a class dedicated to core strength, flexibility, mobility and overall muscle engagement. We will be using our body weight to perform familiar movements such as lunges and squats, and also move to the floor for glute and core activation. Yoga stretching movements will be implemented to have you leaving feeling energized and rejuvenated. 

Rip-Stick Workout

Rip-Stick Workout: fun full-body fitness class that combines cardio, strength training, and drumming - with Yoga and Pilates inspired movements.
